B’s Bagels is the brainchild of New York Native (now Westfield local), Brandon (‘B’) Florman, who has a strong passion for creating an authentic bagel experience reminiscent of his childhood on Long Island. With a dedication to quality ingredients and traditional methods, B’s Bagels aim to transport customers to the bustling bagel bakeries of New York City.  

Dori Calderon, is a native Hoosier, born and raised in Indianapolis. Since 1993, Dori has been delightfully and successfully feeding Indianapolis and surrounding communities with her timeless sweet bakes and signature catering, Bluebakes.

Together, Dori and B create a menu that is classic and reflective of both regions, inspired by nostalgia and rooted in hospitality. The hope for B’s Bagels is to elicit memories at the same proverbial table, celebrate neighborhood traditions, and give back to the community that they are so honored to be a part of.
